Unlike the usual simmered version, the house dakbokkeumtang is made with chicken only — no potatoes or vegetables — stir-fried in yangnyeom (Korean seasoning sauce). The sauce soaks deep into the meat for a rich, savory taste and a gentle smoky aroma.
